Each individual is permitted only one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). balo4d will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. Notify balo4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
balo4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not explicitly listed.
Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and account tier. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50,000,000, subject to verification and account standing.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional KYC verification, which can extend processing time to 48–72 hours. Withdrawals are returned to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the original deposit was made, unless otherwise approved by balo4d support.
Funds deposited onto the platform must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. This anti-money-laundering measure applies to all members. Bonus funds carry separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the platform at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
balo4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opposite betting, low-risk strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements, or coordinated play across multiple accounts. Decisions on bonus abuse are final and binding.
By registering, you consent to receive promotional communications from balo4d via email, SMS, and in-platform notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
All wagers are governed by the specific rules of the game or event being wagered upon. These rules are available on the platform and take precedence over these general terms in the event of conflict. balo4d reserves the right to void wagers placed on events that are subject to technical errors, incorrect odds, or suspected manipulation.
For football and other sports betting markets, results are determined by official league or governing body statistics. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, wagers will be voided unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. If your account is closed for any reason other than breach of these terms, your remaining balance (excluding any bonus funds or pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Accounts closed for breach forfeit all funds.

The platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. balo4d is not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.
balo4d integrates games and services from third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, etc.). We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party content. All claims related to third-party games must be directed to the respective provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, balo4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact balo4d customer support to seek informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree that any formal legal proceedings shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta.
